Here in Texas, the fairways turn brown in the winter and the rough is nasty thick. I had been using those " Yellow Rock" balls. Thought I'd try the Smart-Core. These are not your cheap rock ball ( hard as) ,but had very good feel and amazing distance. Not only can I find my ball, because it stands out on the fairway and in the rough, but the distance was excellent. I would play this ball even in the summer. Try it!
