Opening up the package, the first thing you notice is how cheap the materials used in this umbrella are.The second thing you notice is how badly its put together.To put it simply, the clasp is a cheap piece of bendy plastic, kinda like the seal on a soft drink.It doesn't hold, so you can't reliably open or close the thing.The third thing you notice is that the cloth is not connected to the frame well, and actually bunches up to the middle like a cheap set of spandex.The kicker is, for a double canopied umbrella, it broke as soon as I opened it up in the wind.The top literally snapped off.There are so many things wrong with it, that its an insult to garbage when you throw it out.And if you find this out in the middle of a rain storm, carrying home broken and in pieces while trying to keep dry is really out of the question so no refund or return.
Avoid this at all costs.
